DESCRIPTION:Calling all basketball enthusiasts looking to improve their skill. Join us Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm. This program is aimed for ages 8-12 who already knows some basic basketball fundamental.  If you are interested in improving your agility and adding a fitness component this program is meant for you.  This program will help increase your endurance and agility while making you sweat.  The first hour will incorporate elements of fitness and the second hour will focus on basket ball training\, and scrimmages.  This program will sure help improve you overall as an athlete in any sport.  A water bottle\, and indoor shoes is all you need.
