On February 19th, Kinbridge had the pleasure of joining fellow Cambridge Neighbourhood Organizations in celebrating volunteers and their contributions across the city. This year marked the 21st Annual Mayor’s Neighbourhood Volunteer Recognition Dinner and highlighted achievements of more than fifty volunteers, and their teams, representing more than 37,000 hours of volunteer time dedicated to their communities in 2025. The evening included a message of thanks from the City of Cambridge, an art table with the opportunity to paint rocks for attendees to take home or give to their community spaces, a well-stocked photo booth, musical bingo, and more. Kinbridge’s rock garden can be found in our main office and has room to grow if you would like to add a painted rock (or two) of your own to our collection.

We are extremely grateful to the many volunteers who support our Kinbridge programs and share their time with our communities here in Cambridge. We were honoured to have Rose, Abdi, Bonnie, Ann, Mary, Pat, Zenen, and Gary attend as representatives for Kinbridge. Thank you as well to Councilor Adam Cooper who joined our group.
