Newcomer Employment Outreach
We work with both newcomer job-seekers and local employers to reduce barriers to employment. We offer newcomers resume and interview coaching, information and orientation, interpretation services, and referrals to employers, with both individual services and group programs.
We also provide local employers with resources, training, and networking opportunities to help them successfully attract and retain newcomers employees. Cambridge residents with any immigration status except citizens are eligible for employment support.
Please note we do not directly provide employment, we assist in your search.
