Do you enjoy running, cartwheeling, summersaults, and dancing well this class is for you. You will learn to enhance your gymnastic skills while building a new routine. Each class will incorporate stretching and working on new routines. Join us Saturday from 11:00AM-12:00PM a water bottle and indoor shoes is all you need for this class.
